How that number is reached
Computed at build time from the airport coordinates in our airports table and the rate bands in our aircraft table, by the same functions that produce every other figure on this site. The result is deliberately a starting price and not a fare: the largest single cost driver is where the aircraft happens to be that week, and a broker who quotes you one number before checking is guessing at it.

The price table answers what the leg costs. This answers what you are sitting in for the duration — which on a sector of this length is usually the question that decides the booking. Cabin height is the line that matters most: below roughly six feet you spend the flight seated.

04The line

05Demand
Two audiences with almost no overlap: the ski season from December to March, and private banking and the conference calendar the rest of the year. The ski traffic is weekend-heavy and books late; the business traffic is midweek and books earlier.
06Timing
The first weekend of the school holidays in each of the UK, France and Switzerland are the three most expensive dates on this route. Davos week compounds it. Any midweek departure outside those windows is a different market.
07On the ground
Skis and boards are the practical constraint rather than passenger count. Baggage on a jet is limited by volume, not by piece count, and six sets of skis will not fit in a light jet whatever the seat count says — declare the equipment when you ask for the quote and it changes which aircraft we look at. Geneva parking is scarce in season, so aircraft often drop and reposition, which is priced in. On the London side the prices on this page are worked from Luton, but Biggin Hill and Farnborough are often the better place to board: Biggin Hill is the closest business airport to the City and Canary Wharf, and its runway suits every jet that normally flies this leg. Its weekend hours are shorter, which matters for an early Saturday ski departure.

08Verify, do not trust
Once we name the operator flying you, you can confirm its audit status and the aircraft’s registration without asking us anything. Here is where, and here is what we commit to in the meantime.
The audits
Confirms whether an operator holds an ARGUS Gold, Gold Plus or Platinum rating, and when it was last audited. It says nothing about price or availability.
Lists operators that have passed a Wingman audit. An operator absent from it is not necessarily unsafe — plenty of good operators carry ARGUS or IS-BAO instead — but an operator claiming Wingman status should appear here.
The same directory at the higher standard, which adds recurrent crew and aircraft checks.
IBAC publishes the standard and its three stages but does not run a public lookup, so IS-BAO registration is evidenced by the operator’s certificate rather than by a search. Ask for it; a registered operator will send it without hesitating.
The aircraft registers
N — United States
Confirms that a US-registered tail number exists, its make and model, its year and its registered owner. If the aircraft offered to you does not appear, stop.
G — United Kingdom
The United Kingdom civil aircraft register: type, year, registered owner and operator.
EI — Ireland
The Irish register, which carries a large share of European-based business aircraft.
M — Isle of Man
A register used almost exclusively by privately owned business aircraft.
VP-C — Cayman Islands
Another common register for corporate aircraft, particularly larger types.

While you are deciding
Nothing is charged before the aircraft is confirmed.
You receive the operating carrier’s legal name, its AOC number and the aircraft registration in writing before any invoice or wallet address is issued. If those three things are not in front of you, you have not been asked to pay yet.
One commission, inside the price you were quoted.
Our margin is already in the number you agreed to. There is no second invoice, no booking fee added at the end, and no separate charge for arranging the flight. If the total moves after you have accepted it, the reason is a change you asked for.
If the operator cancels, you choose the remedy — not us.
Aircraft go technical and operators occasionally fail. When that happens before departure you are offered a replacement aircraft on equivalent terms or a full refund, and the choice between them is yours. We do not get to decide that a substitute was good enough.
