Need a private jet today?
Tell us the departure, the destination, the date and the number of passengers, and a broker checks which aircraft could actually fly it — typically within fifteen minutes, at any hour. A same-day departure is often possible, but it is always subject to availability: it depends on an aircraft and a rested crew being close enough to your departure airport, and on both airports being able to accept the flight at the time you want. If today is not realistic, the first reply says so and gives the earliest time that is.

What decides whether today is possible
Four things, and the aircraft itself is only one of them. First, positioning: an aircraft based an hour away can be at your airport soon after the crew reports; one based three hours away adds that flight and its cost before yours begins. Second, the crew. Operators work to flight-time limitation rules, and under the European scheme a crew must have had a minimum rest — at least as long as their previous duty, and never less than twelve hours at home base — before they can report again. A crew that landed late last night may simply not be legal for an early departure. Third, the airports: opening hours, night curfews and, at coordinated airports such as Nice or Geneva in season, a slot. Fourth, borders: international flights need the passenger details lodged with the authorities in advance, and some countries require a landing permit that takes longer than the flight.
How a same-day request is handled
The broker reads the request, filters out every aircraft that cannot legally or physically do it in time, and asks the operators with suitable aircraft nearby to confirm availability and crew. What comes back is a short list of real options: the aircraft, the operator, the earliest departure time each can commit to and the indicative price. Once you choose, the operator confirms in writing, payment follows, and the operator files the flight plan and handles the passenger notifications. The process is the same as for any charter; it is compressed, not skipped.
Where it works best, and where it rarely does
Short and medium sectors within Europe and the Gulf, between airports that are open around the clock and do not need a permit, are where short-notice flights most often work — London, Paris, Geneva, Nice in the shoulder months, Dubai. They work less often into airports with night curfews, into coordinated airports on peak weekends, and into countries that require a landing permit issued in advance. Long-haul is possible but narrower: an ultra-long-range aircraft with a fresh augmented crew is a scarcer thing on the day than a light jet.
What it costs
A short-notice flight is priced on the same basis as any other — aircraft, flight time, positioning and airport charges — but the choice is smaller, so the favourable end of the market is less often available. Positioning is the part that moves most: if the nearest suitable aircraft is some distance away, you pay for it to come to you. Occasionally the opposite happens and an aircraft already positioning your way makes the trip cheaper; the broker checks for that on every request. The indicative starting prices on the route pages are a guide, not a same-day quote.
Making the first reply the useful one
The fastest requests are the complete ones. Passport nationalities matter for some destinations; a large dog or a set of skis can rule out the smallest aircraft; a hard latest-arrival time — a meeting, a connection, a hospital appointment — tells the broker which options are worth pursuing and which are not. If you are flexible between two airports at either end, say so: it can be the difference between an aircraft today and one tomorrow morning.

What to send with the request
Every service has two or three details that change the answer entirely. Including them in the first message turns one exchange into a quote instead of four.
- Route, earliest departure and latest arrival
- The two times together define which aircraft are worth asking about. “Any time today” and “must land by 18:00” produce different short lists.
- Passengers and their nationalities
- The number sizes the aircraft; nationalities matter for destinations with visa or permit requirements, which are the most common reason a same-day flight becomes a next-day one.
- Anything unusual
- Pets, skis, golf bags, a wheelchair or medical equipment. Each can rule out the smallest and nearest aircraft, and it is better to know in the first minute than at the ramp.
05Before you pay
What we commit to on every booking
We have no completed flights to point at yet, and we are not going to invent any. What we can do is put the terms in writing before you ask for them.

Nothing is charged before the aircraft is confirmed.
You receive the operating carrier’s legal name, its AOC number and the aircraft registration in writing before any invoice or wallet address is issued. If those three things are not in front of you, you have not been asked to pay yet.
One commission, inside the price you were quoted.
Our margin is already in the number you agreed to. There is no second invoice, no booking fee added at the end, and no separate charge for arranging the flight. If the total moves after you have accepted it, the reason is a change you asked for.
No surcharge on any payment method, including cryptocurrency.
Card, bank transfer, USDT, Bitcoin and cash settle at the same price. We do not price crypto as a premium service, and we do not discount it to move you onto a rail that is harder to reverse.
If the operator cancels, you choose the remedy — not us.
Aircraft go technical and operators occasionally fail. When that happens before departure you are offered a replacement aircraft on equivalent terms or a full refund, and the choice between them is yours. We do not get to decide that a substitute was good enough.

- Often, subject to availability. A same-day departure is possible when an aircraft and a rested crew are close enough to your departure airport. Send the route and the number of passengers as early as you can: the first reply, typically within 15 minutes, tells you whether today is realistic and what is available.

- Initial aircraft options typically come back within 15 minutes, at any hour — that is how fast a broker can check, not a promise that an aircraft will be free. Send the route, the date and the number of passengers, and you get back the aircraft actually available, the operating company and indicative pricing. If the route needs a landing permit — Saudi Arabia and India are the common cases — availability comes back in minutes but the permit itself can take 24 to 48 hours, and we will say so in the first reply rather than after you have paid.
- How early do I need to arrive at the airport?
- Fifteen minutes before departure at a private terminal, and often less. There is no check-in desk and no security queue. On international departures passport control happens at the FBO, usually in under five minutes. At many airports your car can drive to the aircraft steps.
- Do I pay before the aircraft is confirmed?
- No. Nothing is charged until the aircraft is confirmed with the operator and you have it in writing: the operating company and its AOC, the aircraft type and year, the registration where available, the operator’s safety audit status where it holds one, and the cancellation terms. You approve the quotation, payment follows, and flight documents arrive within the hour. For crypto payments we wait for one network confirmation on domestic legs and three on international ones.
