About
A brokerage, not an airline
We do not own aircraft and we do not operate them. We source them from certified operators and are paid a broker’s commission that is already inside the price you are quoted. You never receive a second invoice from us.

Why we exist
The short version: the market access is the same for everyone, so the only things worth competing on are how fast you answer and how easily you can be paid.
Charter is still sold the way it was sold twenty years ago. You fill in a form, an account manager calls you back, you wait most of a day for a price, and when you finally want to pay, the only option is a bank transfer during banking hours — after an onboarding process that can take weeks before you are allowed to fly at all.
None of that friction is required by aviation. It is required by how brokerages choose to run. The market access is the same for everyone: the aircraft, the operators and the availability data are identical whether the company in front of them has four hundred staff or one broker with a phone.
So we took that same access and put it behind a message thread and a wallet address. Send a route, get real aircraft and a real number in about 15 minutes at any hour, pay with whatever you actually hold — card, transfer, USDT, Bitcoin — and fly. No account, no app, no sales sequence.
That model has a limit, and it is worth stating rather than hiding: one broker per client means we are not trying to be the largest charter company in the world. We are trying to be the fastest one to answer you, and the easiest one to pay.

What we are and are not
What we are
- An air charter broker. We arrange flights operated by certified carriers.
- Paid one commission, included in the price we quote you.
- Reachable by one person, in one thread, at any hour.
- Willing to name the operator and tail number before you pay.
What we are not
- An airline or an aircraft operator. We hold no air operator certificate.
- An owner of any aircraft shown or described on this site.
- A membership programme, a jet card, or a subscription.
- A marketplace that leaves you to choose between anonymous listings.
How we choose an operator
Certificate first. Every operator must hold a valid air operator certificate from its own national authority, current, and covering both the aircraft type and the kind of flight you are taking. Nothing compensates for its absence, and it is the one check that is never traded against price.
Then insurance at a level appropriate to the aircraft and in force on your dates — the certificate of insurance, not an assurance that one exists. Then the independent audit: ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO. These measure different things and an operator strong on one and absent from another is common rather than a warning.
Then crew experience on the specific type, which matters most on demanding fields: short runways, high elevation, difficult approaches. A pilot with ten thousand hours and forty on the type is not the same as one with two thousand and eight hundred on it.
If something goes wrong
If the operator cancels or the aircraft goes technical, you choose: a replacement aircraft on equivalent terms, or a full refund through the channel you paid. Crypto refunds go back in the same asset on the same network at the dollar value originally invoiced, so an operator’s problem does not leave you carrying the market’s movement.
Weather, air traffic control and crew duty limits are not anybody’s fault and the commander’s decision is final. What we can do is get you moving again, and being a broker rather than an operator helps: we are not committed to one fleet, so the replacement can come from anywhere.
We carry brokers’ professional indemnity cover. That protects you against our errors, not the operator’s, which is a distinction worth understanding before you book with anyone.
Instead of testimonials
The part of a reputation you can have on day one
We cannot show you reviews, because there are none. What a new brokerage can offer instead is terms specific enough to be broken, published before anyone asks for them.
What we commit to
Nothing is charged before the aircraft is confirmed.
You receive the operating carrier’s legal name, its AOC number and the aircraft registration in writing before any invoice or wallet address is issued. If those three things are not in front of you, you have not been asked to pay yet.
One commission, inside the price you were quoted.
Our margin is already in the number you agreed to. There is no second invoice, no booking fee added at the end, and no separate charge for arranging the flight. If the total moves after you have accepted it, the reason is a change you asked for.
No surcharge on any payment method, including cryptocurrency.
Card, bank transfer, USDT, Bitcoin and cash settle at the same price. We do not price crypto as a premium service, and we do not discount it to move you onto a rail that is harder to reverse.
If the operator cancels, you choose the remedy — not us.
Aircraft go technical and operators occasionally fail. When that happens before departure you are offered a replacement aircraft on equivalent terms or a full refund, and the choice between them is yours. We do not get to decide that a substitute was good enough.
Crypto refunds return in the same asset, at the USD value originally invoiced.
A refund goes back in the asset you paid, on the network you used, valued at the dollar figure on the original invoice rather than the market on the day. An operator’s problem is not a reason for you to carry a currency loss.
A crypto invoice is fixed in dollars and held for 30 minutes.
The amount is calculated once and does not move while you are approving it. If the window closes before the transfer lands, the invoice is reissued at the current rate — the dollar total stays what it was.
These form part of our terms of business. If any of them changes, the change is dated there rather than made quietly here.
What we never do
- Ask for money before you know which aircraft and which operator.
- Add a surcharge for card or crypto.
- Send a second invoice for our commission — it is inside the quoted price.
- Quote a range and invoice the top of it.
- Hold your funds after a cancellation we could not fulfil.
- Refuse to name the operator, or send you a wallet address before we have.
Transparency
How we are paid
A commission on the charter, inside the quoted price. The number you see is the number you pay: no booking fee, no card surcharge, no crypto premium, no fuel surcharge appearing after you have committed.
We are not tied to any operator and receive nothing for steering you toward one. When two aircraft suit the trip, the reason we recommend one over the other is the aircraft, and we will tell you what that reason is.
We do not publish testimonials or case studies. The company is new, and inventing either would be both unlawful under advertising rules and, in an industry this small, quickly obvious. What we publish instead is the method: what we check, in what order, and what you receive in writing before any money moves.
When there are flights behind us and clients willing to be named, that will appear here. Until then, the absence is the honest signal.
Talk to a person
One broker handles your flight from the first message to wheels-up, and you keep the same contact for the next trip. There is no call-centre queue and no handover to an account manager you have not met.
