01What you get

A written offer before a single dollar moves

Every request ends in the same document: a named aircraft, a named operator and a price that does not change. On the right is exactly what that reply looks like for Dubai to London.

  1. Minute 0

    You send the trip

Telegram or the form on this page. Route, date and how many people is genuinely all we need to start looking.

  2. Within 15 minutes

    Aircraft and a fixed price

We check live availability across operators and any empty-leg positioning on your route, then come back with two or three concrete aircraft — type, year, operator and safety rating — each with an all-in price.

  3. Before any payment

    Everything in writing

You choose an aircraft and we confirm it with the operator. You receive the operator’s legal name, its AOC number and the tail number, all checkable on public registers, before any invoice or wallet address.

  4. Departure day

    You fly

Arrive fifteen minutes before departure. No check-in desk, no security queue. At most airports your car can drive to the aircraft steps, and flight documents follow within the hour of payment.

There is never a second invoice. VAT, de-icing and peak surcharges are shown separately when they apply, before you agree to anything.

A specimen, and marked as one. The distance, block time and price band above are computed for this route by the same model that produces every table on this site. The tail number is deliberately not a real one, and the operator, rating and audit date are shown as the fields they occupy rather than invented — a live reply carries the actual values in each.

02What it costs

Price bands on real routes

Charter pricing moves with where the aircraft happens to be that week, so nobody can honestly publish a fixed fare. These are the bands each route falls into, on the smallest aircraft that can fly it non-stop. Tap a route for an exact quote.

Indicative estimates including crew, fuel, ground handling and our commission. They exclude VAT, de-icing and peak-period surcharges, and assume no unusual positioning. The quote you receive is a firm number from a named operator.

The leg decides the aircraft

Drawn to one scale from real airframe dimensions. A light jet is perfect for Paris to Nice and cannot reach Dubai at all, while an ultra-long-range aircraft crossing Europe is money spent on range you will not use. We size the aircraft to the route.

  • Super-midsize jets

    810 pax · 69 ft span

03Guarantees

You see the aircraft before you pay for it

Paying a broker you found online deserves scepticism, so the order is fixed and does not change. We confirm the aircraft with the operator first and send you its name, certificate, tail number and third-party safety rating. Only then does an invoice or a wallet address follow — and you can check every one of those details yourself.

Every flight is operated by a company holding a valid air operator certificate in its own jurisdiction, with its insurance and ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO rating checked before the aircraft is offered to you.

Everything we accept

Card
Visa, Mastercard and Amex, up to the operator’s card limit.
Bank transfer
SWIFT and SEPA. The usual choice above six figures.
USDT
TRC-20 and ERC-20, invoiced in USD and held for 30 minutes.
Bitcoin
On-chain, three confirmations before documents are dispatched.
Cash
On departure, where local law permits it.

Six commitments, in our terms of business

  1. Nothing is charged before the aircraft is confirmed.

You receive the operating carrier’s legal name, its AOC number and the aircraft registration in writing before any invoice or wallet address is issued. If those three things are not in front of you, you have not been asked to pay yet.

  2. One commission, inside the price you were quoted.

Our margin is already in the number you agreed to. There is no second invoice, no booking fee added at the end, and no separate charge for arranging the flight. If the total moves after you have accepted it, the reason is a change you asked for.

  3. No surcharge on any payment method, including cryptocurrency.

Card, bank transfer, USDT, Bitcoin and cash settle at the same price. We do not price crypto as a premium service, and we do not discount it to move you onto a rail that is harder to reverse.

  4. If the operator cancels, you choose the remedy — not us.

Aircraft go technical and operators occasionally fail. When that happens before departure you are offered a replacement aircraft on equivalent terms or a full refund, and the choice between them is yours. We do not get to decide that a substitute was good enough.

  5. Crypto refunds return in the same asset, at the USD value originally invoiced.

A refund goes back in the asset you paid, on the network you used, valued at the dollar figure on the original invoice rather than the market on the day. An operator’s problem is not a reason for you to carry a currency loss.

  6. A crypto invoice is fixed in dollars and held for 30 minutes.

The amount is calculated once and does not move while you are approving it. If the window closes before the transfer lands, the invoice is reissued at the current rate — the dollar total stays what it was.

These form part of our terms of business. If any of them changes, the change is dated there rather than made quietly here.

Send the trip. Get the offer.

Write to us wherever is easiest, or fill in the form. A broker replies usually within 15 minutes and asks the two or three questions that actually change which aircraft we look for.

Nothing is charged, and no payment details are requested, until you have chosen an aircraft and we have confirmed it with the operator in writing.

05Questions

What people ask before the first flight

All questions
How quickly can you find me a private jet?
Usually within 15 minutes, at any hour. Send the route, the date and the number of passengers, and you get back concrete aircraft with an all-in price. If the route needs a landing permit — Saudi Arabia and India are the common cases — availability comes back in minutes but the permit itself can take 24 to 48 hours, and we will say so in the first reply rather than after you have paid.
Can I pay for a private jet with Bitcoin or USDT?
Yes. We accept Bitcoin and USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20 for the full charter price, with no crypto surcharge. You receive the wallet address only after the aircraft is confirmed, so you know the operator and the tail number before any money moves. The USD amount is fixed on the invoice and held for 30 minutes against the exchange rate.
How much does it cost to charter a private jet?
Roughly $3,200–$4,800 per flight hour on a light jet, $6,000–$8,500 on a super-midsize, $8,000–$11,500 on a heavy jet and $12,000–$18,000 on an ultra-long-range aircraft, plus ground handling at both ends. A short European hop such as London to Nice typically lands between $14,000 and $25,000; Dubai to London on a heavy jet is usually $65,000 to $105,000. Prices move with where the aircraft happens to be that week, which is why we quote a real number per request rather than a rate card.
Do you own the aircraft?
No. Fifteen Jets is an air charter brokerage, not an airline or an operator. We do not own or operate aircraft. We source them from certified operators and are paid a broker's commission that is already included in the price you are quoted — you never receive a second invoice from us.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Four to six hours is usually enough for a domestic or intra-European leg if an aircraft is already positioned nearby. Intercontinental flights need longer for crew duty time, overflight and landing permits. The genuine constraints are seasonal: Nice and Ibiza in July, Geneva in ski season, and Riyadh at any time because of permit lead times.
How early do I need to arrive at the airport?
Fifteen minutes before departure at a private terminal, and often less. There is no check-in desk and no security queue. On international departures passport control happens at the FBO, usually in under five minutes. At many airports your car can drive to the aircraft steps.
