Contact

Message us. That is the whole process.

A person answers, at any hour, usually within 15 minutes. You do not need to know which aircraft you want, and you will not be called back by a salesperson.

What to send

Where you are leaving from, where you are going, the date and how many people. That is enough for us to start searching. Everything else — a preferred aircraft, a dog, skis, a wheelchair, a return the same evening — can follow in the same thread.

You do not need to name an airport. “London” is enough; choosing between Luton and Farnborough depends on the aircraft, the time of day and Farnborough’s night curfew, and that is our problem rather than yours.

If you already have a quote from another broker and want it checked, send it. We will tell you plainly whether it is a good price — including when it is, in which case take it.

What happens next

Your message reaches a broker directly, not a queue. The first reply is usually a question or two — how firm the timing is, whether luggage is unusual — because those answers change which aircraft we search for. Options follow, typically inside 15 minutes of us having what we need.

Each option names the aircraft type, its year, the operating company and that company’s safety rating, with an all-in price. Nothing is charged, and no payment details are requested, until you have chosen one and we have confirmed it with the operator in writing.

If we cannot serve a route well — a permit window that will not fit your dates, or a destination where the only available aircraft is a poor fit — we will say so rather than quote it anyway. Being told no quickly is worth more to you than being told yes slowly.

Which channel is fastest

Telegram reaches a broker directly and is answered fastest, because it reaches a phone rather than an inbox. It also lets you send a photograph of an existing quote, a passenger list or a medical report without anyone having to open an attachment on a laptop.

Email is answered within the hour during the day and by the next morning overnight. It is the right channel for anything that needs a paper trail — invoices, corporate approvals, insurance correspondence — and the wrong one for a departure tomorrow.

The form on this page reaches the same person as the messengers and is there for people who would rather write the trip out once than have a conversation. It is not a slower queue.

What we cannot help with

Scheduled airline tickets, upgrades and airline disruption. Aircraft sales, management and fractional ownership — all adjacent businesses we do not run. Cargo-only charters, which are a different market with different operators.

We will also decline a routing we cannot serve lawfully. Sanctions restrict which operators may fly some destinations, and some countries require permits we cannot obtain inside your timeframe. In either case you will be told immediately rather than kept warm, because an honest no on the first message is worth more to you than a maybe on the third.

What the reply looks like

Usually a question or two first. How firm the timing is, whether luggage is unusual, whether the group might change — because those answers change which aircraft we search for, and guessing produces a quote you then have to revise.

Then two or three specific aircraft rather than a category. Each with its type and year, the operating company, that company’s safety rating, the cabin layout and an all-in price. Not a range: a number you can act on. Where a cheaper option exists with a real trade-off — a fuel stop, an airport further from the city, a departure two hours later — we show it alongside rather than choosing for you.

Nothing is charged and no payment details are requested at that stage. Payment comes only after you have picked one and we have confirmed it with the operator, with the tail number in writing.

If you already have a quote

Send it. We will tell you plainly whether it is a good price — including when it is, in which case take it. A quote that names the operator, the tail number and the aircraft year is one you can evaluate; one that says only “heavy jet” is not, and that alone tells you something about who wrote it.

What to look at: whether ground handling at both airports is included or added later, whether the figure covers a repositioning leg, and what the cancellation terms are. Those three account for most of the gap between two quotes that appear to be for the same flight.

We will not undercut a genuinely good quote by shaving our commission to win the booking. That is a race that ends with a broker who cannot afford to answer the phone at three in the morning, which is the only thing we are actually selling.

Hours and languages

24/7, including weekends and public holidays. Charter demand does not observe office hours, and a request at 3am on a Sunday is the kind we are built for. We work in English and Russian.
