Flying with pets

In short

Can I take my dog on a private jet?

Yes. On almost every charter aircraft pets travel in the cabin with you — no crate requirement, no cargo hold, no separation. The constraints are the operator’s own policy and the destination country’s import rules, not the aircraft. Tell us the species, the size and where you are going when you ask for the quote, and we filter to operators who accept them.

01How it works

Arranging flying with pets

What actually decides it

Three things, in order. First, the operator: most accept pets, some do not, and a few charge a cleaning fee that we will show you rather than absorb quietly. Second, the destination: the United Kingdom, Australia and the Gulf states each have import rules that apply regardless of how you arrive. Third, the aircraft: a large dog needs floor space, which in practice means a midsize cabin or bigger even for two passengers.

The United Kingdom is the strict one

Britain does not permit pets to enter on a private flight into just any airport. Animals must arrive through an approved route with the correct documentation — a microchip, a rabies vaccination with the required waiting period, and tapeworm treatment for dogs within a fixed window before arrival. Getting this wrong means quarantine, not a fine. We will tell you which airports work for your paperwork before you book, and if the timing does not fit we will say so.

What to send with the request

Species, breed, approximate weight, and whether the animal has flown before. Two medium dogs and one very large one are different problems. If you have vaccination dates to hand, include them — for the UK and the EU the dates decide whether the trip is possible on your chosen day at all.

What it costs

Nothing extra, on most operators. A pet does not change the hourly rate, and where a cleaning fee applies it is a few hundred dollars and appears in your quote rather than afterwards. What can change the cost is the aircraft: if a large dog needs floor space that a light jet does not have, you move up a class and the difference is measured in thousands rather than hundreds. That is why the weight and breed matter in the first message. Assistance animals are accepted by every operator we work with, with no fee and no aircraft restriction. Multiple animals are usually fine but worth naming — three dogs and four passengers is a different aircraft from one dog and four passengers, and finding that out at the ramp is not the moment.

02Constraints

Worth knowing before you ask

  • Some operators charge a cleaning fee; it appears in your quote, not afterwards.

  • Assistance animals are accepted by every operator we work with, with no fee.

  • Very large or numerous animals can change the aircraft class required.

04Your part

What to send with the request

Every service has two or three details that change the answer entirely. Including them in the first message turns one exchange into a quote instead of four.

Species, breed and weight
Two medium dogs and one very large one are different problems: a large animal needs floor space, which in practice means a midsize cabin or larger even for two passengers.
Vaccination and microchip dates
For the United Kingdom and the European Union the dates decide whether the trip is possible on your chosen day at all. Rabies vaccination has a waiting period, and dogs entering Britain need tapeworm treatment inside a fixed window before arrival.
Whether the animal has flown before
A first flight is worth planning slightly differently — a quieter aircraft, a longer boarding window, and a crew who have been told.

05Before you pay

What we commit to on every booking

We have no completed flights to point at yet, and we are not going to invent any. What we can do is put the terms in writing before you ask for them.

What we commit to

  1. Nothing is charged before the aircraft is confirmed.

You receive the operating carrier’s legal name, its AOC number and the aircraft registration in writing before any invoice or wallet address is issued. If those three things are not in front of you, you have not been asked to pay yet.

  2. One commission, inside the price you were quoted.

Our margin is already in the number you agreed to. There is no second invoice, no booking fee added at the end, and no separate charge for arranging the flight. If the total moves after you have accepted it, the reason is a change you asked for.

  3. No surcharge on any payment method, including cryptocurrency.

Card, bank transfer, USDT, Bitcoin and cash settle at the same price. We do not price crypto as a premium service, and we do not discount it to move you onto a rail that is harder to reverse.

  4. If the operator cancels, you choose the remedy — not us.

Aircraft go technical and operators occasionally fail. When that happens before departure you are offered a replacement aircraft on equivalent terms or a full refund, and the choice between them is yours. We do not get to decide that a substitute was good enough.

These form part of our terms of business. If any of them changes, the change is dated there rather than made quietly here.

Route, date and how many people is enough to start. Anything specific to this service — an animal, an equipment list, a medical report — can follow in the same thread.

Questions

Can I bring my dog into the cabin?
Yes. Pets travel in the cabin with you on almost all charter aircraft, with no crate requirement and no cargo hold. The constraints are the operator’s policy and the destination country’s import rules — the UK, for example, requires an approved route and documentation regardless of aircraft. Tell us the species, size and destination when you request the quote and we filter to operators who accept them.
How much luggage can I take?
Baggage is limited by volume, not by piece count — around 50 cubic feet on a light jet and 115 on a heavy jet. Skis, golf bags and oversized cases are fine but must be declared when you request the quote, because they can change which aircraft works. Weight matters on long legs: a full cabin plus heavy baggage can shorten range enough to add a fuel stop.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Four to six hours is usually enough for a domestic or intra-European leg if an aircraft is already positioned nearby. Intercontinental flights need longer for crew duty time, overflight and landing permits. The genuine constraints are seasonal: Nice and Ibiza in July, Geneva in ski season, and Riyadh at any time because of permit lead times.
