Cookie policy
Last updated 9 September 2026
This site uses very few cookies, and none of them identify you personally or follow you to other websites. There is no advertising network on this site and no cross-site tracking.
1. Strictly necessary
A cookie may be set to remember which language version of the site you are viewing, so that returning to the site does not send you back to the default language. This is required for the site to work as you asked it to, and cannot be switched off without breaking that behaviour.
Nothing in this category is used for analytics or advertising, and none of it is shared with anyone.
2. Measurement
We measure how many people visit each page and which links they use, so we know which routes and questions are worth writing about. This measurement is aggregate: it tells us that a page was viewed, not who viewed it. Where a measurement tool requires consent in your jurisdiction, it is not loaded until you give it.
3. What we do not do
We do not set advertising cookies, we do not use cross-site tracking pixels, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell any browsing data. If you request a charter, that request is handled as described in our privacy policy and is not connected to advertising of any kind.
4. Refusing and removing cookies
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies for a specific site from its privacy settings, and offers a private browsing mode that discards them when you close the window. Blocking cookies on this site will not prevent you from reading anything or from sending a charter request.
Note that if you contact us through WhatsApp or Telegram, those applications set their own cookies and identifiers under their own policies, which we neither control nor have access to.
