Can you charter a private jet with cryptocurrency?
Yes. We accept Bitcoin and USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20 for the full charter price, with no crypto surcharge and no minimum. You receive the wallet address only after the aircraft is confirmed — the operator’s name, the tail number and any safety audit status reach you before any money moves. The amount is fixed in USD on the invoice and the crypto figure is locked for 30 minutes against the rate.
There is no account to open, no exchange to route through and no three-week compliance queue before you are allowed to fly.
How it works, in order
The sequence is the point. Sending crypto to a broker you found online deserves scepticism, so everything you would need to verify us arrives before the address does.

You send the route
Message us the trip. We quote in USD or EUR — crypto is how you settle, not how we price. Quoting in a volatile asset would mean the number changing while you read it.

We hold the aircraft
You pick an option and we place a hold with the operator. No money has moved at this point and none is asked for.

You get the aircraft in writing
Operator’s legal name, tail number, aircraft type and year, and its ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO status where it holds one. Enough to check the registration and the operator’s certificate yourself, before you pay anyone anything.

Then the wallet address
The invoice fixes the amount in USD and locks the crypto amount for 30 minutes. The address is sent inside the same conversation you have been using — never in a separate email, and never by anyone other than your broker.

Confirmations, then documents
One network confirmation for a domestic leg, three for an international one. Flight documents follow within the hour. For a departure inside a few hours, USDT on TRC-20 is the fastest settling option.

Networks, rates and refunds
Networks. USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, and Bitcoin on-chain. TRC-20 is the usual choice: it settles in minutes and the network fee is negligible against a six-figure charter. Send only on a network we have confirmed for the invoice — funds sent on a different chain cannot always be recovered, and that is true of every recipient, not just us.
Rate lock. The invoice states the USD amount and the crypto amount, and the crypto figure holds for 30 minutes. Past that we reissue at the current rate. We do not keep an upside if the market moves in our favour inside the window, and we do not ask for a top-up if it moves the other way.
Refunds. Returned in the same asset on the same network, at the USD value originally invoiced — so an operator cancellation does not leave you carrying the market’s movement. If you would rather take the refund by bank transfer instead, that is available too.
Compliance. Charter is a regulated activity and passengers are identified for the flight regardless of how it is paid for. Crypto changes the settlement rail, not the aviation rules: the operator still needs each passenger’s passport details, and we still verify the payer on larger charters. What it removes is the banking friction, not the law.

What a crypto payment commits us to
An irreversible payment rail puts the whole of the risk on you unless the terms say otherwise. These are the terms, and the last two exist specifically because you are paying in an asset that moves.
What we commit to
Nothing is charged before the aircraft is confirmed.
You receive the operating carrier’s legal name, its AOC number and the aircraft registration in writing before any invoice or wallet address is issued. If those three things are not in front of you, you have not been asked to pay yet.
No surcharge on any payment method, including cryptocurrency.
Card, bank transfer, USDT, Bitcoin and cash settle at the same price. We do not price crypto as a premium service, and we do not discount it to move you onto a rail that is harder to reverse.
Crypto refunds return in the same asset, at the USD value originally invoiced.
A refund goes back in the asset you paid, on the network you used, valued at the dollar figure on the original invoice rather than the market on the day. An operator’s problem is not a reason for you to carry a currency loss.
A crypto invoice is fixed in dollars and held for 30 minutes.
The amount is calculated once and does not move while you are approving it. If the window closes before the transfer lands, the invoice is reissued at the current rate — the dollar total stays what it was.

What we never do
- Ask for money before you know which aircraft and which operator.
- Add a surcharge for card or crypto.
- Send a second invoice for our commission — it is inside the quoted price.
- Quote a range and invoice the top of it.
- Hold your funds after a cancellation we could not fulfil.
- Refuse to name the operator, or send you a wallet address before we have.

- What happens to my money if the flight is cancelled?
- If the operator cancels or the aircraft goes technical, you are refunded in full through the same channel you paid, or we place you on a replacement aircraft — your choice. If you cancel, the operator’s cancellation terms apply; those terms are shown to you in writing before you pay, not buried afterwards. Crypto refunds are returned in the same asset at the original invoiced USD value.
- Do I pay before the aircraft is confirmed?
- No. Nothing is charged until the aircraft is confirmed with the operator and you have it in writing: the operating company and its AOC, the aircraft type and year, the registration where available, the operator’s safety audit status where it holds one, and the cancellation terms. You approve the quotation, payment follows, and flight documents arrive within the hour. For crypto payments we wait for one network confirmation on domestic legs and three on international ones.

- Card, SWIFT and SEPA bank transfer, Bitcoin, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and cash on departure where local law permits it. There is no account to open and no compliance onboarding to complete before you can request a quote — identity checks happen once, on the flight you actually book.
- Do you operate the aircraft?
- No. Fifteen Jets acts as a broker: we find a suitable aircraft for your trip and arrange the charter, and the selected operating company — named to you in writing, with its Air Operator Certificate — operates the flight and is responsible for it. We do not own or operate aircraft. Our commission is included in the price you are quoted, so there is never a second invoice from us.
